What you will learn
- Describe what business analysis is and how to perform business analysis.
- Compare the role of a business analyst to other roles involved in organizational change.
- Apply business analysis concepts to proposed or underway organizational changes.
- Develop a business case to evaluate whether a proposed change should be implemented or not.

This is a synchronous course that features live online activities at predetermined times. This class requires post-work components to be completed after the last meeting. Detailed information will be communicated to you via your ualberta email address and the class syllabus.
