Publishing in the Digital Age
The old route to publication could be challenging, but at least it was straightforward: send out your manuscript, wait, and hopefully get accepted by a publishing house. The paths to publication have multiplied and it can become a little overwhelming. In this session we’ll break down e‑books versus p‑books, the pros and cons of traditional versus “indie” publishing, how to pitch to publishers and negotiate your contract, and how to plan your promotional strategy. You’ll pinpoint the best publication fit for you and your book(s), and feel more confident navigating these exciting possibilities.
