Learn about the ¿Six Think­ing Hats¿ method­ol­o­gy, cre­at­ed by inter­na­tion­al­ly renowned author Edward de Bono to be applied in deci­sion-mak­ing, idea eval­u­a­tion, and meet­ing man­age­ment. Explore ways of trans­form­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tion, mov­ing beyond obvi­ous solu­tions, reduc­ing meet­ing times, and intro­duc­ing pos­i­tive team dynam­ics into the meet­ing process. Find out how to use this method­ol­o­gy in lead­ing or facil­i­tat­ing meet­ings, strate­gic and action plan­ning ses­sions, draft­ing emails and reports, project man­age­ment, vision­ing, and more.
