Introduction to Social Media and Internet Marketing

Social Media and Inter­net Mar­ket­ing plays an increas­ing role in over­all busi­ness strat­e­gy and suc­cess. This course will pro­vide stu­dents with a base under­stand­ing of social media and new inter­net mar­ket­ing tech­niques that will allow busi­ness­es to intro­duce new prod­ucts or deliv­er­ing new chan­nels to exist­ing cus­tomer base. Top­ics cov­ered will include inte­grat­ing a strate­gic media plan, Google Search engine opti­miza­tion strate­gies, an overview of social media tools such as face­book, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
