The Metrics of Engagement: How Impactful is Your Content

Most orga­ni­za­tions real­ize the impor­tance of hav­ing a dig­i­tal foot­print. We often talk about the need to cre­ate engag­ing and valu­able con­tent — but how can we be sure we are doing that? Ana­lyt­ics and their prop­er eval­u­a­tion allow us to know how well we are doing. Learn how to inter­pret your data, under­stand your met­rics, and quan­ti­fy the effects of mak­ing any changes in future ini­tia­tives. Explore ways of using infor­ma­tion gath­ered from your users’ behav­iour to opti­mize your mar­ket­ing strat­e­gy and con­tent cre­ation focus.
