Data Resources Management

This course exam­ines the iden­ti­fi­ca­tion and use of data as a busi­ness resource, the use of mod­ern analy­sis and mod­el­ing tech­niques in plan­ning, analy­sis and imple­men­ta­tion of data­base sys­tems and data­base tech­nol­o­gy and tools. Top­ics include data­base imple­men­ta­tion mod­els, phys­i­cal data issues, as well as nor­mal­iza­tion, renor­mal­iza­tion, and data­base efficiency.
