What do you do to prevent and prepare for bad things to happen? Organizational Risk shows up in many forms: server crashes, office flooding, legislation changes, fire, workplace accidents, the list go on. Managing organizational risk is critical as decisions made every day have implications that will impact your entire organization.
Individuals at all levels are now responsible for managing risk in the workplace and need knowledge and skills in organizational and operational risk, practical risk management, and understanding the opportunities risk can present to an organization.
This practical series will provide you with a strong foundation on how to identify, manage, and use risk to your advantage. Take one course or take them all to have a comprehensive understanding or organizational risk.
This series is designed for front-line leaders, supervisors, and managers who are looking for an understanding of risk management and how it impacts organizations.
For those wanting to go further and learn more about this area, we also offer the Risk Management Program, which leads to the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation. Please note that the Managing Organizational Risk series is not a pre-requisite for the CRM program.
